CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled at any time before they are shipped or picked up. Once the order has left our premises, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds & Returns
Due to the nature of our products, Big Fireworks does not accept returns. However, refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- Missing or damaged items upon receipt of the order.
- Product malfunction, including fireworks that fail to perform properly or are considered duds.
Important Notes:
- Documented proof (e.g., photos or videos) may be required to process a refund.
- Big Fireworks reserves the right to reasonably deny a refund at its sole discretion.
- If the item was purchased through a third-party retailer, please contact that retailer directly.
- Do not return malfunctioning fireworks to the point of purchase, as this may pose a safety risk. Instead, provide documented proof of the issue.
